1.0 DESCRIPTION The 52nd Contracting Squadron (52 CONS) at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. The Government is seeking to identify qualified local construction companies interested in serving as subcontractors to our existing Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) prime contractors. BLUF: The Government is seeking local tradespeople available to support ongoing base infrastructure projects. The information gathered from this RFI will be compiled into a vendor directory and provided to our current MACC prime contractors to facilitate teaming arrangements and subcontracting opportunities. DISCLAIMER: This is an RFI only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to issue a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this RFI. 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK & DISCIPLINES REQUIRED The Spangdahlem MACC encompasses a broad range of maintenance, repair, and new construction work. We are seeking subcontractors capable of performing work across all construction trades.
