JOB DESCRIPTION: The RFP is for Richmond Inner Harbor FY26 Maintenance Dredging Project, Contra Costa County, California. The work includes maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 14 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at Montezuma Wetlands site. Contractor shall refer to the DMMO Suitability Determination attached at the end of the specifications package. Sample areas 1 through 4 correspond to Reaches 1 through 10 while sample areas 5 and 6 correspond to Reaches 11 through 14. ALL PROPOSALS will be due on August 14, 2026 at 11:30 AM PDT.
