What this contract is for

Space Launch Delta 30 Public Affairs requires a communication cloud digital management software as an annual subscription. This software meets and expands the SLD 30 PA external communication requirements. This communication management software is critical to the quality, quantity, and distribution speed to meet launch alert requirements for the community for Space Launch Delta 30. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 513210, and the applicable PCS is 7A21. All firms or individuals responding must be resigstered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov). Lack of regisration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. Any questions or comments must be submitted to [email protected] and [email protected]. "Notice to Offerors" RFO 52.232-18 Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer (End of clause). Questions are due 16 July at 10:00 PST and Quotes are due 22 July at 10:00am PST.
