This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-007. This solicitation is set aside for SDVOSB. The solicitation number 36C25726Q0769 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The vendor must be registered for NAICS 334516 in SAM to be eligible for award. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) interested in responding to this solicitation must be registered as an SDVOSB or VOSB in SBA.gov. See attached solicitation document for more information. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government. All comments or inquiries are to be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact, referenced above, no later than 07/23/2026, 10:00 AM/CST. Only quotes submitted through email will be considered.
