What this contract is for

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation Number 70SBUR26R00000012 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for DHS purchase and maintenance of eight (8) card counters for the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) for the total potential period of performance of 08/01/2026 – 07/31/2031 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. RFP 70SBUR26R00000012 is being issued with the intent to make one (1) award. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable basis. Submission of a complete proposal constitutes affirmation of your ability to provide the item and maintenance in accordance with the criteria outlined in the attached solicitation documents. Amendments to this solicitation will be publicized in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation. The Government is requesting maximum additional discounts beyond standard commercial pricing for the requirement. The proposal shall display any discount provided by the contractor and should represent the best possible price that the contractor can provide. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 424120 - Stationery and Office Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
