What this contract is for
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for a Hot Oil Flush of External Hydraulics Systems onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-26-Q-0057. The tentative Period of Performance is 27 November 2026 to 08 January 2027. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101, Presolicitation notice. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the standard size for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 31 July 2026. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-26-Q-0057. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting.
