What this contract is for
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC); Supplies, Services, and Material Management Division (SSMMD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) AOCSSB26R0039 for Facilities Management, Maintenance and Support Services for the Library of Congress Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation (PCAVC). This RFP will potentially result in the award of one (1) contract to the responsible Offeror that is actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and whose proposal provides the overall best value to the AOC in accordance with the requirements set forth by this solicitation and the Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price contract type, with reimbursable efforts, is anticipated for a 1 year base period and four 1 year option periods. This solicitation will use the tradeoff evaluation procedures as per the AOC Contracting Manual, Chapter IX Acquisition Process, 9.1 Negotiated Acquisitions, 9.1.2 Source Selection Process, (a) Tradeoff Process. SECTION J Attachments- (see solicitation Section L.4 for details): To receive a copy of the Section J Attachments, Offerors shall send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] requesting access to the SFTP site. All contractors and individuals in receipt of CUI are bound by the handling and safeguarding procedures of AOC Order 42-4 Security of Controlled Unclassified Information (J Attachment J.31).
