CONTRACT INFORMATION: These services are being procured in accordance with 40 United States Code, Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute, Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 36.

Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work stated in this synopsis.
