The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Charter Engineering, Inc. pursuant to FAR 13.101(b).This procurement is for Charter Engineering switches as follows:0001: DPDT Transfer Switch; QTY: 10.

0002: SPDT Ext Terminated RF Switch; QTY: 3.

0003: SP4T RF Switch; QTY:4.

0004: SPDT RF Switch; QTY: 17.

0005: SPDT Ext Terminated RF Switch; QTY: 7.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.

Interested parties may submit capability information demonstrating their ability to satisfy the Government requirement.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335313 Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 in employees.

Interested vendors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
