The Volusia County Ocean Center (hereinafter "Ocean Center" or "Facility") is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) to identify and select a single, qualified audio-visual (A/V) firm to serve as the exclusive provider of audio-visual services for all convention and meeting events held at the Ocean Center.
