Lift Station (LS) 13 includes furnishing and installing wet well and valve vault top slab and portions of side walls, access hatches with safety grate, magnetic flow meter and precast vault, natural gas generator with platform and concrete foundation, handrail, fencing, temporary and permanent electrical work, instrumentation and integration, site work, gravity sewer relocation, natural gas piping and coordination with Clearwater Gas (CGS Energy), maintaining wastewater flow, surface restoration, tree protection and trimming, grading, start-up and testing, and all appurtenant work needed for complete and operational systems, as indicated on the Drawings and as specified. Lift Station (LS) 51 includes furnishing and installing wet well treadplate, safety grates, magnetic flow meter and precast vault, natural gas generator and concrete pad, natural gas piping and coordination with Clearwater Gas (CGS Energy), temporary and permanent electrical work, instrumentation and integration, site work, water service and backflow relocation, maintaining wastewater flow, plug valve, fittings, surface restoration, new fence and gate, tree removal and trimming, start-up and testing, and all appurtenant work needed for complete and operational systems, as indicated on the Drawings and as specified.
