Volusia County is soliciting bids for the modernization of five (5) elevators at the Ocean Center parking garage and pedestrian bridge. The elevators are to be modified to meet current code requirements. The awarded vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with Exhibit D. Project pricing to include labor, materials, preventative maintenance, service, testing, and part replacement for the 12-month warranty period following final acceptance of the modernization, in accordance with the Portfolio Master Elevator Service Agreement.
