Amendment 0001 is added to the solicitation to extend the bid opening date to 04 Aug 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time and extend the cutoff date for submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) to 23 July 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Note: Amendments must be acknowledged in the space provided on the SF 1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment by the time set for receipt of bids.The Texas Air National Guard is issuing an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the renovation and retrofit of an existing fuel cell hangar located at the 136th Airlift Wing, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NASJRB), Fort Worth, Texas. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, extension of the existing hangar structure to accommodate a larger aircraft, replacement of the legacy foam fire suppression system with a modern water system, and reconfiguration of the associated internal support, safety, and support systems.
