Herbert Hoover National Historic Site is within the city limits of West Branch, IA and therefore obligated to coordinate work involving road maintenance with the local municipal jurisdiction. The city municipality has immediate and comprehensive access to the necessary resources and infrastructure to perform winter weather road maintenance efficiently within the city limits and park boundaries.
