The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter.The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for the services listed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The contractor shall provide pricing using the Attached BPA Price list (Attachment 4).
