What this contract is for

This project is for the remodeling of the Gym/Fitness room at the U.S. Embassy Marine House, located in 1190 Vienna. The old room structures and surfaces need improvement and renovation. The existing GYM will be expanded from 55m2 to 62m2, and the bathroom and a wall-cabinet will be demolished for this purpose. Scope of work: General Contractor for Construction work and Electrical Installation Demolition Temporary plasterboard dust wall with door. Demolition of partition walls (10cm), incl. wall coverings, 2 wooden doors+ doorframes and 1 wooden cabinet, electrical installation and equipment, incl. removal and disposal. Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue. Removal of 4 existing ceiling lights. Refurbishment Walls and ceiling: plaster, level, clean, prime, paint to cover, incl. 16m2 floor covering material. Floor: Clean, grind and level the floor; New PVC flooring in the demolition area. Delivery and assembly of 6 new ceiling lights in new position, Including switch, wiring, and integration into the existing system.
