3.Amendment in Section 3 -A.2 for Information demonstrating the offeror’s/quoter’s ability to perform 4.The Government hereby extends the solicitation due date to August 10,2026 at 16:00 PM (local time), Quotations must be submitted by email to [email protected] Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ)for Public Opinion Research Surveys.

We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

We may also request clarification or best and final offers prior to award selection.
