This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50SLF-26-R-A002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).

Work covered in this project includes removing two (2) existing Air Handler Units (AHU’s) and to supply/install with two (2) new AHU’s: one (1) 43.75 Nominal Ton (AHU2) & one (1) 50 Nominal Ton (AHU1) Air Handlers serving Building 3417 located on the Hawaii Air National Guard campus, JBPHH-HI.

The project will take place on the first floor of the facility, within the existing mechanical rooms.

The Contractor shall ensure proper connection of the new AHUs to the existing HVAC duct system and correct communication/integration with the existing digital control system and its elements.

The Contractor shall provide temporary cooling for the portion of the building affected during the replacement of each AHU.

The anticipated Period of Performance is 365 days to account for lead times on AHU’s.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

Proposals are due by 3:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time on Thursday, 30 July, 2026.
