Solicitation: 19INLE26R0086 - INL Guatemala Border Security CCTV (PCS: 5836; NAICS: 517111) Background: This is a Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) supported initiative to combat illegal trafficking of people and goods and curb the flow of dangerous narcotics to the United States. INL requires the herein described services to provide a solution to remove and install new surveillance cameras and to provide interconnectivity between a Guatemala City-based border command center and INL-supported checkpoints and Guatemala’s land ports of entry. To be considered for award. all interested parties shall submit their proposals via e-mail to Michele Coccovizzo at [email protected] and Jamillah Timmons [email protected] by 5:00 pm EST, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Submission through any other method requires the prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be sent to Michele Coccovizzo at [email protected]. Questions and requests for clarification shall be accepted until 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Additional infomation can be found in section 1.3.2 of the Statement of Work.
