What this contract is for

Description of requirement: JBPHH Building 3400 cleaning the HVAC ductwork and air handler units, repairing any leaks, and replacing degraded chilled water line insulation on the ground floor. Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Price, Work Experience, and Technical Capability when combined work experience and technical capability is equal to price. Submittal of quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, Addendum to FAR 52.212-2. Quotes are due at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time on Thursday, 30 July 2026. Electronic quotations must be submitted via e-mail to Jesse Paraiso at [email protected]. Facsimile quotations will not be accepted. Anticipated award date is 6 August 2026.
