This is a combined Advance Notice/Sources Sought only.

This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order.

The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals.

All SEAPORT MAC holders will need to register PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals.10 March 2026- Revision 1 updates Industry Day information.

Industry Day will be virtual.

UPDATE: Contract Type – The Government contemplates award with much of the effort being Firm Fixed Price (FFP), as well as minor Cost elements in order to comply with EO 14402.

Previous submittals should be revised to update the new contract type accordingly.
