INTRODUCTION: This pre-solicitation notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5 and is for informational purposes only, no response is required at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to issue 36C77626Q0240 to potential sources for a VA Wide Blanket Purchase Agreement for Third-Party Fire and Life Safety Services The anticipated agreement period is six (6) calendar years following award.
The solicitation is estimated to be available 15 Aug 2026 to SAM.gov.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the posting solicitation and any subsequent amendments PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Agency anticipates awarding multiple BPAs to provide Fire Protection Life Safety (FPLS) services for VA Healthcare Systems across the United States and its territories (nationwide).
The current Performance Work Statement is attached for reference to this notice.
PROCUREMENT INFORMATION: Task orders will be competed amongst the BPA awardees.
Each task order will be firm-fixed price (FFP) and have its own period of performance established.
