Page 2 of 2 Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to make a sole source award to Censis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies will satisfy the Agency s requirement.

The scope of work includes merging the data from the single-site location (Viera) into the multi-site environment (Lake Nona and Lake Baldwin).

The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of planning, execution, and training.

Censis is the manufacturer of this product and the only vendor with proprietary licensing to perform this data merge.

The period of performance will be within 30 days of award.

The NAICS code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.

This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued.

However, interested sources may submit a capability statement to respond to this requirement.

The Government will consider responses received by 2:00pm EST on August 7, 2026.

Responses will only be accepted via email to [email protected] using the following title in the email s subject line: 36C24826Q1056 Censis Data Merge.

The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.

This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.

Official solicitation and documents

The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.

Oppward is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov or any government agency. This page is a plain-English summary of public record data; the linked source above is the authoritative listing.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
