Dear Industry Partners, As a follow on to the SAM.gov notice posted on July 18, 2026, regarding the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security Comprehensive Support for Removal Operations (CSRO) requirement, the Department is providing the following details on an upcoming Industry Engagement Event: WHEN: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 TIME: 2:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Eastern Time (ET) WHERE: Virtual Attendance and Registration: If you are interested in attending the Industry Engagement Event, please register no later than Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
Attendance at the event is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal once the Final solicitation is released.
Registration: Registration for the virtual Industry Engagement Event is available by clicking on the link at the end of this notice.
Registration through any other means will not be accepted or allowed.
The registration deadline for interested companies is Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
Attendance will be tracked for all event participants.
Each registrant must provide their first and last name, company name, and email address.
On the day of the event, a link to access the event will be sent via email to those who have registered.
Note: The Industry Engagement Event will be recorded.
Any responses provided during the Industry Engagement Event may be superseded in the resulting Final solicitation.
This event is closed to the press.
Submission of Questions: In advance of the Industry Engagement Event, a Final Draft solicitation is included with this notice.
Industry is invited to submit questions concerning the Final Draft solicitation in writing prior to the Industry Engagement Event.
