SITE VISIT: A site visit for interested contractors is scheduled for Friday, 28 August 2026 at 0930 MST.

All parties will meet at Truman Gate Visitor Center to be sponsored onto base no later than 9:00 AM (MST).

Attendance at the site visit will be limited to no more than two (2) representatives per company.

Please allow extra time to obtain your pass.

Attending the site visit is not required in order to be considered for award, but is highly encouraged so as to understand the site layout well.

QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions regarding this opportunity at any time before 02 September 2026 at 4:00 MST.

Questions may be answered as received, but will all be addressed no later than 04 September 2026 at COB.

The primary objective of this project is to construct a newly enclosed storage space 25 feet x 25 feet, featuring a mezzanine above.

Prior to the start, contractor shall remove existing Space Saver storage system in its entirety.

Access to the Mezzanine will be provided by a metal staircase.

The lower storage is designated for miscellaneous equipment storage, while the mezzanine will accommodate small to medium electronic devices.

Additionally, four (4) opaque skylights will be installed.

Modify and relocate utilities as necessary.
