The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Dept, Pentagon Directorate is issuing this solicitation to procure services for the below symposium: The Leadership Mess Symposium (LMS) Enlisted Readiness Council (ERC) is designated by the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) as the Navy's senior enlisted forum to bring Fleet perspective directly into the decision-making process. The ERC will identify systemic challenges, assess impacts to readiness and warfighting effectiveness, and develop actionable recommendations to strengthen combat capability, leader development, and Quality of Service (QoS) across the Fleet. The ERC provides the CNO with a structured, Fleet-informed mechanism to identify conditions affecting Sailor performance and combat readiness; recognize enterprise-level challenges that impact effectiveness or retention; propose corrective actions to improve quality of work and quality of life as key factors in readiness; and evaluate whether implemented measures yield measurable improvements. The ERC is a 2-day a problem-solving and recommendation body focused on tangible outcomes, rather than a discussion forum. The resultant purchase order for this procurement will include commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate solely with the Kellogg Conference Center Hotel at Gallaudet University located at 800 Florida Ave NE Washington DC 20002. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
