RFQ 36C24526Q0680 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 36C24536Q0680 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. (iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, 03/13/2026. (iv) This solicitation intends to award a contract through a Full and Open competition. The NAICS North American Industrial Classification System Code 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. (v) See Attachment A Schedule for a list of line-item numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for a Reclining Rotational vestibular Chair for the Washington DC VA Medical Center. See Attachment A for a listing of brand name salient characteristics and other requirements. Offeror quotations must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive.
