Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The Tennessee National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repairs for Building 747 at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville TN. Repair Auditorium, B747 (Project BKTZ242011): This phase includes selective demolition, raised-floor concrete demolition, partition wall construction, wall and floor finishes (paint, carpet tile), acoustic ceiling, new fixed seating (approximately 147 EA), electrical power and lights, HVAC modifications, AV equipment and cabling, electronic security, and minor fire protection modifications. The approximate project area is 1,600 square feet. All work must meet Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), including UFC 3-540-01 and UFC 3-50-01. Repair 2nd Floor Restroom, B747 (Project BKTZ252001): This phase includes demolition and disposal of existing restroom components (partitions, plumbing fixtures, accessories, flooring, and ceiling tiles), new HVAC exhaust fans and ductwork, new plumbing fixtures (water closets, urinals, and lavatories with specified carriers, faucets, and trim), new LED light fixtures, new finishes (gypsum board, ceramic wall and floor tiles, paint, and acoustic ceilings), and new specialties/accessories (partitions, mirrors, grab bars, and soap/paper dispensers).
