What this contract is for

This is a Design-Build project. Design scope shall include design progression submittals from 35% through Issue for Construction (IFC). Design shall cover the work required to renovate the interior of Building 2263 (B2263), correct interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovation efforts, installation of a standby generator, and various site work items. The building is classified as historical, so shall require review and approval of applicable design elements through appropriate historical agencies. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor and materials, design as well as construction, installation, and performance in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) for B2263. All Attachments and Appendices will be uploaded to SAM.gov. Amendment 0001: This amendment is to extend the Questions and Assumptions due date from five (5) calendar days to seven (10) calendar days after the site visit scheduled for 22 May 2026 at 0830. All Questions and Assumptions must be submitted to the POCs of this solicitation as soon as possible, but no later than 1400 Central Time on 1 June 2026. Attachment 01 has been amended, and changes are in green font. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Site Visit date to Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 0830. Questions and Assumptions will be due ten (10) days following the site visit.
