What this contract is for

Sources Sought Notice General Scope: This project is to complete a government parking area and roadways near building 140 located on Camp Murray, WA. Work will include complete site preparation beginning with the grading, stormwater management, and construction of a retaining wall followed by paving of access road and parking lots, and landscaping. Additionally covered shelters, lighting, and security fencing will be constructed. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 24 July 2026, 07:00 am PST. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry of similar. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number (if a government contract), location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. Must indicate your business size under the NAICS code identified: 238990 (SBA size standard $19,000,000), PSC code Y1LZ.
