Bids will be evaluated in accordance with RFO FAR 14.306. Bids will be evaluated without discussions. Award will be made in accordance with RFO FAR 14.307(b). This project is solicited as SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, 100%. All responsible bidders are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. See Sec 00 21 00 - Instructions, for pertinent details and instructions related to site visit. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
