Can you confirm that this contract will follow the guidance and allow for PFAS incineration at facilities meeting the DoD specifications? Please submit a comprehensive bid PWS section 1.1.2 mentions that we are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and reports for waste disposal.
