What this contract is for
Amendment 0001 (16 July 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to: a) Extend the due date from 20 July 2026 @ 0900 CDT to 31 July 2026 @ 0900 CDT. b) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please send written acknowledgement and/or a signed copy of the amendment with submitted quote. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation to demolish and replace existing quarry tile system throughout kitchen & dish washing area with new resinous flooring system. Approximately 4984SF flooring and 800LF cove base. Repair walls where needed to replace cove base. No asbestos history found asbestos testing will need to be completed prior to project. This project shall be coordinated to be completed during exodus to minimize down time.Contractor shall comply with environmental protection requirements as indicated in division 01 of the specifications. Contractor shall be responsible for submitting SDS sheets for hazardous materials, reporting construction and debris (C&D) metrics, and waste diversion reports. Industry Standards are those defined in the specifications and project documents ranging from DoD UFCs, building codes, plumbing codes, and testing and laboratory standards. This acquisition includes 2 (two) CLIN. The Period of Performance for this requirement is one hundred and sixty-four (164) Calander Days after Notice To Proceed.
