What this contract is for
This solicitation is for Custodial services for Dyess AFB. It is to provide custodial services to assigned buildings at Dyess AFB, Texas, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year (12 months) followed by 4 - option years (12 months each) that will begin 1 November 26. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
