Address Questions See attached A0001 for Details Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0090 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the sewer line repairs, leach field, waterlines, septic tank replacement, and all other work associated with these repairs in accordance with the approved final drawings, specifications and provisions of the contract This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237110 The small business size standard is $45M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A Site Visit will be held on June 23rd, 2026 at 1000 am MT starting at Lake George Work Center.
