Project Description: In accordance with attached Specifications dated/approved 08Apr2026. (Subject to change at the discretion of the Government). Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, power, and personnel to accomplish work installing, replacing, and/or removing ATON structures in the Columbia River Area/U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Base Tongue Point, located at Astoria, Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to: Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures. See appendix A, appendix B, and attached Specifications for scope requirements. ATON structure fabrication. Surveying of completed range structures to ensure proper positioning. Structures will be constructed within in-water work window limitations. The Columbia River in-water work window for this project is November 01, 2026 thru February 28, 2027. ALL In-Water work must be completed by February 28, 2027.The procurement estimate is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS for this project is 237990. This requirement is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. Please carefully review all attachments.
