THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. PURSUANT TO REVOLUTIONARY FAR OVERHAUL (RFO) 5.101(a), THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE 8(a) AWARD TO CLVG Consulting, Inc. FOR Graphic Design Support Services The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Executive Services Directorate (ESD) Graphics & Presentations Division intends to perform a sole source 8(a) award to CLVG Consulting, Inc., for Graphic Design Support Services. The Graphics & Presentations Division requires non-personal services supporting the full lifecycle of exhibits, including research, limited design support, fabrication, printing, delivery, installation, de-installation, relocation, removal, storage, and quality inspection within the Pentagon. The estimated value of the contract is $3,000,000.00. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 under the procedures of RFO 19.108-7(d)(1) as these services were determined to not be available on Small Business Administration (SBA) approved government-wide contracts. This presolicitation notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430 Graphic Design Services with a Small business size standard of $9.0 Million.
