Construction will be completed in phases. 3. In Section B, add an additional pricing line for Access Road alternatives (concrete vs asphalt) 4. Incorporate the following attachments: - 25-504452.1_Pre-Demolition_Asbestos_and_Lead-Based_Paint_Survey_-_FAA,_Houma,_LA_090425 - HUM MALSR FUGRO GEOTECHNICAL REPORT - HUM_MALSR_AS-BUILTS 1 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. All offerors are required to acknowledge Amendment 0003 on page 2 of the SIR or provide a signed copy of the amendment (SF30) with their bid submission. If this amendment is not acknowledged or signed, the bid will be considered non-responsive.
