(RSF): 126,000 Space Type: Office, Special, Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 388 Secured/Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface or Structured) 368 Parking Spaces (Visitor) 20 Full Term: Twenty (20) Years Firm Term: Twenty (20) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offeror/Lessor provided Tenant Improvement Allowance as part of the rental consideration: $63.87 per ABOA SF. Offeror/Lessor provided Building Specific Amortized Capital Allowance as part of the rental consideration: $40.00 per ABOA SF. The tenant agency must be the sole tenant of the building. If the 100 foot setback cannot be achieved the offeror must provide alternative security solutions that provide the same level of security as the setback.
