Solicitation and all attachments shall be downloaded from Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.08 April 2026 - The Pre Bid Conference Attendance Sheet, Pre Bid Conference Slides, and Site Visit Attendance Sheet are attached. 01 June 2026 - The Government has posted responses to bidder inquiries on the PIEE Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.18 June 2026 - The Government anticipates extending the bid due date. The extension will be effected via an amendment to the solicitation, and the new deadline will be 3-4 weeks after all RFI responses have been posted.
