PROJECT: Foundation and supply connection for washroom container at Bldg.301c, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr TB INFORMATION FOR OFFERORS: 1. Basis of Award The Government will evaluate the quotations in response to this solicitation and will award a purchase order considering only price and compliance with the requirements as specified in the solicitation. All quotes are due no later than 1400 hours local time on the due date specified in block 10, page 1 hereof . 2. Quotations must be in Euro-All quotations must be submitted in Euro. 3. All or none Award-Only one purchase order will be awarded from this solicitation. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Quotes for less than all of the solicited work will be rejected as nonconforming.
