What this contract is for

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland (NWP) District Operating Projects require a non-personal services blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for drawing vectorization. This contract requires professional services to convert 2D drawings into CAD drawings (vectorization).
