***THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION*** This pre-solicitation pertains to McNary Lock and Dam UTV’s in accordance with the Technical Specification for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The intent is to purchase Nine (9) Brand Name, Mahindra Roxar HD All Weather (Model Year 2026) Off Road Diesel Powered Heavy Duty Vehicles. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 441227, and the associated small business size standard is a maximum of 500 employees. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released.
