Please reference Solicitation No. SURATech-26-R453399 on all communication to SURATech related to this solicitation. Please note the following: There will be a site visit required prior to submitting a bid; please inform the Procurement Officer of your intent no later than July 7, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me no later than July 21, 2026. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. July 28, 2026. Please note that award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
