What this contract is for

The Department of the Air Force, 56 Contracting Squadron, is solicitating a request for proposal for Luke AFB AUX Airfield Modernization at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Please reference the documents attached to this RFP which provide all details of the required work to be performed. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday 9 July 2026 at 0900am MST (Arizona does not participate in daylight savings time). There are no access restrictions for this location and therefore no base passes will be issued nor required. RFIs are due to the Points of Contact by 1200pm MST on 17 July 2026 using Attachment 7 - RFI Log, attached to this solicitation notice. Any RFIs submitted after this deadline may not be considered for response. Proposals are due electronically to the Points of Contact for this solicitation no later than 31 July 2026 by 0200pm MST. This procurement is an SBA CERTIFIED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET ASIDE AND IS LIMITED TO SBA CERTIFIED WOSB. Contractors are required to be certified prior to contract award. All prospective contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to be eligible for an award. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are presently available for this eff ort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
