What this contract is for
The 117th Air Refueling Wing, Birmingham, Alabama has a rerequiremet for non-personal construction services to repair of approximately 300 linear feet of concrete cracking at the "Alert Pad" apron pavement. Additionally, removal and replacement of 5,000 linear feet of existing apron expansion joint. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision and any other items and services necessary to perform the work as described in the attached Statement of Work. This requirement is being solicited via the attached Standard Form (SF) 1442. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the reponsible vendor whose offer, conforming to the solicitatio, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance. Site Visit A site visit is highly encouraged for all interested offerors. Date: July 9, 2026 Time: 2:00 P.M.
