What this contract is for
The purpose of this project is to remove and replace the existing carpet in the main Chapel located in Building 99 at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr. Temple, Texas 76504. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal necessary to perform all demolition, removal, replacement, and installation work required under this Statement of Work and applicable specifications. The Contractor is responsible for the proper disposal of all debris, removed carpet, padding, tack strips, adhesives, packaging, and any other materials generated during demolition and installation.
