SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide one (1) water softener and twelve (12) new commercial-grade tankless water heaters with the capacity and performance equal to, or greater than, the existing domestic hot water system, including but not limited to ratings, configuration, safety features, compatibility, and performance. Equipment shall be suitable for the facility’s domestic water demand and site conditions and include at a minimum: 1. Water Softener -Sized to meet facility flow rate and hardness removal requirements. -Include resin tank(s), control valve, bypass assembly, and all required accessories. -Brine tank and associated components. -Resin media suitable for commercial applications. 2.
