The object of this sole source award to JOHNSON CONTROLS BUILDING SOLUTIONS, LLC for Rhode Island NWR Complex headquarters building requires annual maintenance. The commercial boilers and chiller provide conditioned air to the offices and visitor center which contain museum property that requires conditioned air and specific humidity levels to protect government property.
