The Contractor will perform the work under the forthcoming solicitation at contractor's facilities located within the metropolitan Washington D.C area only. No Set aside used. The RFP will be advertised as under NAICS code 623220. Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods). A formal solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around July 20, 2026.
